How much does property management cost in Toronto?

Certus charges a percentage of each booking rather than a flat monthly fee. There are three plans: Essential Stewardship at 10% per booking, Refined Residence at 15%, and Prestige Management at 20%.

What is included in the Essential Stewardship plan?

Basic listing management, booking and calendar management, guest communication, property maintenance and cleaning, and property rental insurance. It is 10% per booking.

What does the Refined Residence plan add?

Everything in Essential Stewardship, plus premium listing management, property listing SEO, dynamic pricing, inventory management and concierge service. It is 15% per booking and is the most chosen plan.

What does the Prestige Management plan add?

Everything in Refined Residence, plus prestige listing management, financial reporting, licensing support, furnishing and staging, and a dedicated account manager. It is 20% per booking.
