What types of properties do you manage?

We manage condos, houses, and furnished suites across Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and Mississauga. Whether your property is currently vacant, between tenants, or being converted from a traditional lease, we'll evaluate it during your free consultation and tell you honestly what it can earn under each service model — no obligation required.

How does Certus maximize my rental income?

After your consultation, we conduct a full market analysis of your property's earning potential — comparing comparable units on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, factoring in seasonality, local demand, and your property's specific features. You'll leave the consultation with a clear revenue projection before you sign anything. Our portfolio currently averages $250 RevPAR and 80% occupancy on short-term rentals.

Which platforms do you list properties on?

For short-term and boutique rentals, we list on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia. For corporate and executive rentals, we also connect with business housing networks and corporate relocation partners. For long-term rentals, we use Realtor.ca, Zumper, PadMapper, and direct outreach to relocation agencies. Platform selection is part of your onboarding strategy — we choose based on what drives the highest return for your specific property type.
